FAQ

1. Can the therapy pad be placed directly on the skin?

No, there needs to be a thin barrier layer between the patient's skin and the surface of the therapy pad. 10 What do I do if I have a problem with my cooler not working?

Please call us directly at 1-877-277-0367 and ask for our Production Manager, David. Please have your serial number ready and the name and city of the physician that prescribed the product to you. However, please try a few simple troubleshooting steps prior to calling us. The most common failure of our product is that the cooler is not plugged into an outlet that is working or the outlet is activated by a light switch. Please make sure there is ice and sufficient water in the cooler and that the pad is correctly and completely attached to both couplers. In addition, the pad is often wrapped too tight, restricting the flow of water. Please try loosening the velcro straps to make sure no portion of the pad or hoses are kinked or constricted.
